About the Role

Tecnicas Reunidas, a leading Oil & Gas International Engineering and Construction Company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our Inspection Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Electrical & Instrumentation equipment and materials used in our EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control Document Review: Review and verify vendor manufacturing documents, including Inspection and Test Plans, to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure they understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Inspection Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and schedule workshop inspection visits with vendors and clients.
  • Inspection Report Review and Distribution: Review, control, and distribute inspection reports to stakeholders.
  • Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs): Manage NCRs with vendors and clients to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Telecom, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in quality control of Electrical & Instrumentation manufacturing of equipment and materials.
  • Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of E&I normative and standards, including IEC, IEEE, ISA, ATEX, and IECEx.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English written and spoken (B2-C1).
