Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on operational, regulatory, commercial, and product counselling ecommerce matters, focusing on consumer protection, B2B and B2C engagement, product compliance, advertising, influencer marketing, and intellectual property.
- Support the business in understanding and complying with European legal and regulatory requirements for launching and operating new products, features, and initiatives in the EU.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TikTok ecommerce initiatives through review of consumer and business-facing disclosures, policies, and terms and conditions, and support for feature development.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements relevant to digital and ecommerce platforms.
We're looking for a senior-level Spanish qualified lawyer with experience advising consumer-facing digital platforms in Spain, ideally with a focus on ecommerce, retail, and online marketplaces. You should have a strong understanding of European law and its development to regulate such platforms, as well as the versatility to advise across a broad range of commercial, regulatory, and product workstreams.
