The Role

We're seeking a senior-level Spanish qualified lawyer to join our European ecommerce legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and dynamic legal team, in a division that's enjoying hyper growth on a truly international scale.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on operational, regulatory, commercial, and product counselling ecommerce matters.
  • Support the business in understanding and complying with European legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of TikTok ecommerce initiatives.
  • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements relevant to digital and ecommerce platforms.
