Sin Nombre is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Crm Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business operations, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through effective analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on business initiatives.
  • Crm System Management: Provide expert-level support for our CRM system, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring accurate and complete understanding of needs.
  • User Story Development: Create clear and concise user stories to illustrate business requirements, facilitating effective development and implementation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Support agile development and management of the CRM backlog, ensuring seamless integration with development teams.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop business scenarios and ensure accurate testing of new features and releases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly MS Dynamics CE.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
