Crm Business Analyst Job Description

Job Type: Temporary

Contract Length: 6 months

Pay: Up to €30,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the structure of the business, integrating Marketing, Sales & Customer Services/Post Sales
  • Perform analytics and create process maps (As-Is/To-Be)
  • Streamline processes and manage documentation
  • Align internal and external stakeholders on new technology or strategies
  • Run workshops and training sessions to ensure understanding of processes
  • Support CRM IT PM in planning development and rollout of new CRM features
  • Support Product Owner in agile build and management of the CRM backlog
  • Capture enhancement requirements from support cases and create user stories
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years' experience working with a CRM system (ideally MS Dynamics CE)
  • Ability to discover and implement new requirements into future design
  • Ability to write complete user stories to illustrate requirements for new features
