**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm & Marketing Business Analyst to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and supporting our CRM programs, building dashboards, and automating processes for reporting on campaign results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and support the CRM programs related to both the airline and the loyalty program.
  • Build dashboards and automate processes for reporting on campaign results.
  • Use statistics to construct business insights for CRM & Marketing business activities.
  • Analyze all current and future state CRM operations, data feeds, and reports.
  • Crm data verification and database health activity and reporting.
  • Develop/improve automated processes for reporting on campaign results.
  • Setup, monitor, and analyze permanent/seasonal control groups.
  • Identify the goals of direct client contact campaigns required to support the brand's business goals and objectives.
  • Support the Customer Engagement team to develop and implement trigger-based communications.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support business and channel owners.
  • Monitor and present insights on CRM activities such as newsletters, campaigns, product sales, and pre- and post-travel communication.
  • Monitor and present insights on AB testing & personalization CRM activities.
  • Monitor and present insights on ancillary sales from marketing activities.
  • Monitor and present insights on customer segments and customer lifecycle.
  • KPI setting and traction of campaigns.
  • Ad hoc analysis based on business requests.
  • Build dashboards for CRM and paid media activities.
  • Build queries to the database for data extraction.
  • Feed management.
  • Various business collaborations across the company, including Airline Sales, Loyalty Program, Partners, Brand, and Customer Care.
  • Stakeholders from Data Analytics, Master Data, IT, and Finance departments.
  • Resources from brand, marketing communications, campaigning, ecommerce, and digital development.

**Requirements**

  • Proactive, self-going, and service-minded individual.
  • Ability to learn to operate new tools.
  • Minimum basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
  • Experience working with CRM/CEP tools such as Oracle Responsys, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, Airship, or similar.
  • Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Clarisights, Google Data Studio, or similar.
  • Experience using data warehouses, AWS, Big Query, SAP, or similar.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analysis tool for reporting and insights.
