Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales Engineer to join our team in Alcobendas, Spain. As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will work in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives, advising and counseling our partners about the best security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers to understand their security needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Deliver demos and presentations to showcase security solutions.
  • Conduct training and webinars to educate customers on security best practices.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution.
  • Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate and hands-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager.
  • Knowledge of switching & wireless communications, specifically FortiSwitch & FortiAP.
  • Certifications in NSE4 FortiOS, NSE 5 FortiManager, NSE 6 FortiSwitch, NSE 5 Secure Wireless LAN, and NSE 7 SD-WAN would be appreciated.
