Product Manager for Analytics Solutions

We are a dedicated group of over 20 analytics and data specialists committed to empowering business leaders in our Business Performance Analytics sector. Our team includes analysts integrated into various regions and a technical data product team that excels in crafting scalable data and analytics solutions for effective commercial decision-making. We are in search of a visionary leader to define our analytics enablement strategy based on business value and collaborate with the team to realize it. We seek a forward-thinking Product Manager to develop an analytics enablement framework. This position requires a distinctive combination of product management and analytics proficiency to foster impactful data solutions at scale.
Your Responsibilities:Deliver Transformative Solutions: Identify, prioritize, and implement transformative analytics solutions that align with overarching business objectives. Build consensus among stakeholders and swiftly validate product ideas. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize resource distribution and enhance return on investment.
Comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management: Formulate and execute a detailed product roadmap, from conception to phase-out. Set clear product objectives and performance indicators. Oversee product launches, support, and maintenance, ensuring the seamless delivery of business value. Proactively manage the health of the product portfolio, including depreciation and phase-out strategies.
Promote Data-Driven Excellence: Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to establish robust product performance metrics. Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve user experience and stimulate product innovation. Advocate for a data-driven culture throughout the team and organization.
Build Strategic Alliances: Engage with business leaders and internal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and thought leadership. Align product strategy with business objectives and ensure the successful integration of analytics solutions.
Drive Continuous Innovation: Remain at the cutting edge of data and analytics advancements. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and methodologies to develop innovative solutions. Challenge conventional practices and promote ongoing improvement within the team.

5+ years of proven product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or e-commerce context. Demonstrated capability to deliver impactful data products that drive business growth. Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Experience collaborating closely with business leaders to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving consensus. Solid foundation in data and analytics principles. Experience collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to build and deploy scalable solutions.
