Product Manager for Analytics Initiatives

Our Team:
We are a dynamic group of over 20 data and analytics professionals dedicated to empowering business leaders through insightful decision-making in our Business Performance Analytics sector. This team includes analysts integrated into various regions, alongside a data product team with specialized technical skills focused on creating scalable data and analytics solutions. We are in search of a visionary leader to define our analytics enablement strategy based on business value and collaborate with the team to realize it. We are looking for an innovative Product Manager to craft a strategy for analytics enablement. This position requires a unique combination of product management and analytics proficiency to deliver impactful data solutions at scale.
What You Will Do:
Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact analytics solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Build consensus among stakeholders and swiftly validate product concepts. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and enhance return on investment.
Active Management of Product Lifecycle: Develop and execute a detailed product roadmap, from inception to phase-out. Set clear product goals and KPIs. Oversee product launches, support, and maintenance, ensuring the seamless delivery of business value. Proactively manage product portfolio health, including depreciation and sunsetting strategies.
Foster Data-Driven Excellence: Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to establish robust product performance metrics. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve user experience and drive product innovation. Advocate for a data-driven culture throughout the team and organization.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and thought leadership. Align product strategy with business objectives and ensure successful adoption of analytics solutions.
Drive Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends in data and analytics. Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and methodologies to develop innovative solutions. Challenge existing norms and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Your Qualifications:

- 5+ years of successful product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce context. Proven ability to deliver impactful data products that foster business growth.
- Strong understanding of business operations and the capability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Experience collaborating closely with business leaders to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
- Solid foundation in data and analytics principles. Experience collaborating with data engineering and analytics teams to create and deploy scalable solutions. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
