About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Swedish Sales Representative to join our team at Teleperformance in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new Google Ads customers, optimizing their campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new Google Ads customers through qualified leads and close deals at agreed-upon budgets.
  • Understand customer requirements and objectives, and match Google Ads solutions and marketing strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies to optimize market potential and improve customer sales and profit margins.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Swedish.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently.
  • 1 year of experience in sales environment.
  • Team player with problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: 23,876€ gross/year + up to 3,408€ gross/year in bonus.
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
