About the Role:

The Position:

The Business Solutions Lead role is located in the Portfolio Optimization and Execution (POE) organization, specifically the POE team serving the Global Individual Health (GIH) portfolio. The primary focus of this role will be to work with key stakeholders at all levels across a breadth of Business and Technology functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead decomposition of the change epic working closely with a range of stakeholders
  • Facilitate key meetings/workshops ensuring detailed minutes, decisions, actions with owners are successfully documented ensuring traceability and auditability
  • Develop content and participate in Steering committees
  • Support testing implementation and all Business readiness activity

Requirements:

  • Natural analytical way of thinking and comfortable with detail light concepts
  • Experience facilitating complex sessions to solicit key data points
  • Good understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Well-versed in Business Analyst practices
