About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Product Associate Director to join our dynamic Global Marketing team at Almirall. This role is responsible for supporting the Global Senior Director in the development of the Global Brand strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams and geographies to orchestrate successful execution at global and local levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology.
  • Collaborate in creating a robust strategic platform for the brand, partnering with different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary execution.
  • Develop campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Create, develop, and manage digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company's marketing strategies.
  • Secure sophisticated, targeted, and efficient scientific communication using all communication channels.
  • Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into Global strategy.
  • Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
Requirements
  • 7-8 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with Hospital Products is a must.
  • Expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing, and/or biological products is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.
  • Experience in budget preparation and management.
  • English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency). German would be a plus.
