**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Product Associate Director at Almirall Hermal GmbH. This is a key role that will involve supporting and managing a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Global Team to create a robust strategic platform for the brand, partnering with different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary execution at global and local levels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and ecosystem in Dermatology, integrating patient and HCP insights into the brand strategy.
- Develop campaigns and brand plans that meet the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical industry, creating and managing digital content and innovative initiatives that align with the company's marketing strategies.
- Secure sophisticated, targeted, and efficient scientific communication using all communication channels to create value for customers and patients.
- Contribute to strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into Global strategy.
- Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
- University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Healthcare Science (a plus).
- 7-8 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager in a global, regional, or local scope, preferably in Europe.
- Experience with Hospital Products is a must, and expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing and/or biological products is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans, as well as implementation and monitoring.
- Experience in budget preparation and management, and experience in Sales, customer-facing roles such as Sales Representative, MSL, or Account Manager is a plus.
- English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency), and German would be a plus.
- Results-oriented person with strong analytical and strategic skills, creativity, and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to connect with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders, with demonstrable flexibility and ability to work in a complex and ambiguous environment.
