Job Title: Global Product Associate Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Product Associate Director to join our dynamic Global Marketing team at Almirall. This role is responsible for supporting the Global Senior Director for the brand in the development of the Global Brand strategy, partnering with different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary execution at global and local level for the most important brand in the Almirall Psoriasis Franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and manage a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology.
  • Collaborate in creating a robust strategic platform for the brand as part of the Global Team, partner with different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary execution at global and local level.
  • Efficient understanding of the market and the ecosystem in Dermatology and integration of the patient and HCP insights in the brand strategy.
  • Develop campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes that the current era in the pharmaceutical industry puts forward.
  • Create, develop, and manage digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company's marketing strategies and align all the company networks to guarantee success.
  • Secure sophisticated, targeted and more efficient scientific communication using optimally all communication channels to create value for our customers and for the patients.
  • Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including (but not limited to) market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into Global strategy.
  • Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Healthcare Science would be a plus.
  • 7-8 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager (in a global, regional or local scope preferably in Europe) working in competitive markets.
  • Experience with Hospital Products is a must.
  • Expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing, and/or biological products is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.
  • Experience in budget preparation and management.
  • Experience in Sales, customer facing roles such as Sales Representative, MSL or Account Manager is a plus.
  • English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency). German would be a plus.
