About the Role

We're seeking an Associate Director of Product Marketing to join our New Games Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in taking games from early development to launch, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with game/product leadership to shape consumer insights and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Manage multiple projects, liaising with internal and external partners to ensure timely and in-budget deliverables
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Passion and experience in building and launching new IP in the digital environment
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and the levers that drive its success
  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills
  • Able to handle data effectively and understand marketing metrics
