Cabin Crew Administration and Onboarding Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Cabin Crew Administration and Onboarding Intern. As a key member of our team, you will support the recruitment and onboarding of Cabin Crew, process new joiner profiles, and monitor first dotation deliveries.
Responsibilities- Support in Recruitment and onboarding of Cabin Crew processes
- Process New Joiner's Profiles in our Onboarding Platform
- Monitor New Joiner's First Dotation from placing the order until delivery
- Database management
- Organize virtual & physical files
- Logistic of material from the HQ to the different VOE Bases
- Profile with a degree or master's degree in Human Resources
- English Advanced level is required
- French and/or Italian will be a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel)
- Precision and attention to details
- Organized and methodical
- Quick Learning
- Availability for a 6 months internship
