Position Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries related to our software, addressing invoice discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and managing e-service cases through various communication channels such as chat, phone, and our Case Management System. You will navigate a range of challenges, guiding customers through Pagero's offerings while educating them on effective navigation techniques to achieve their objectives. You will collaborate with a diverse team of dedicated colleagues, tackling cases of varying complexity.

To succeed in this position, you should be adaptable to new challenges and motivated by a desire to understand the root causes of the issues you encounter. A strong commitment to assisting customers and colleagues, along with a focus on delivering exceptional support, is essential.

Essential Qualifications

  • Completion of upper secondary education; post-secondary education in systems science, IT, or technology is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in support, service, or technology is beneficial.
  • A strong interest and understanding of technology.
  • Fluency in Arabic, English, and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in French, Portuguese, and/or German is a significant advantage.
  • Residency in Madrid is required for this hybrid position.
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain is necessary, as work visas are not available.
