Organisational Change Management Architect

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Adoption, Change and Service Management practice, you will play a critical role in managing and governing strategic change in large public and private sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Insight and Technical Environment: Gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders, including business sponsors, to shape and form project definitions and ongoing execution. Identify and evaluate industry trends, adapting business models, plans, and solutions to insights.
- Architecture Design and Deployment: Leverage a structured approach to Architecture Projects using existing methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or Iterative, that make use of reference architecture and established architectural styles and design patterns. Propose and develop new solutions to scale across multiple customers/partners.
- Practice Development: Generate new and/or improve existing intellectual property, connecting gaps and patterns across business and technology areas to drive changes. Identify which ideas should be culled, considering scale across customers, and drive the re-use of intellectual property.
- Trusted Advisor: Develop a network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers to build influence in addressing problems/blockers and facilitating additional views on matters of interest. Act as an advisor to external stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership: Lead virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing ideas, insight, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, with experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR master's degree in Human Psychology, Organisational Design or Change Management, with experience in organisational change solutions, practice development, consulting, and/or technology domain.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Managing complex organisational change projects or portfolios.
- Experience leading blended, multidisciplinary teams with a focus on organisational change.
