We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Leader to join our Portfolio Management Team at ING Bank. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Tribes and CoEs: Contribute to a culture of collaboration, ensuring value creation for clients, alignment with our strategy, and simplicity in both technical and business approaches.
- Drive Change and Consistency: Co-create, advise, and drive change in the organization through an end-to-end view of the full portfolio, ensuring consistency in methodology across different initiatives, products, and tribes.
- Portfolio Management: Work with senior management to establish, prioritize, and manage the portfolio of initiatives, providing transparency to enable decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, acting strategically to achieve goals in a large complex organization.
- Business Analytics: Provide structure to the organization's backlog, organizing, aggregating, and presenting information through different dashboards and reports to give clarity and facilitate decision-making at different levels.
Requirements:
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think in strategic terms, linking current events, business strategy, and a long-term vision.
- Program Management: Proven track record and technical skills in implementing complex programs, with experience in solving problems impacting program progress.
- Data Management: High capacity for managing large amounts of data, organizing it, and creating complex data models in a structured way.
- Business Analytics: Ability to design, develop, and deploy business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies.
- Education and Experience: Master's or bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Persistent, open, and convincing communication style, with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure.
