**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Expert to join our Transformation Office team at ING. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating ING's metabolism by challenging, inspiring, and developing our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs, ensuring value creation for clients, alignment with ING's strategy, and simplicity by design.
  • Co-create, advise, and drive change in the organization through an end-to-end view of the full portfolio.
  • Ensure consistency in methodology, collaborating with colleagues across different initiatives, products, and tribes, in terms of metrics and definitions.
  • Work with senior management to establish, prioritize, and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision-making.
  • Translate concepts into tangible execution and achieve goals in a large complex organization.

**Requirements**

  • A master's or bachelor's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Strong program management and problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A persistent, open, and convincing way of communicating.
  • Results-oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting program challenges.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think in terms of business strategy and long-term vision.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to take decisions based on data and facts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of multisource data modeling and detailed knowledge of database management systems and the ETL framework.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Power Query, PowerBI, and DAX.
  • Great visualization skills and analytical thinking to transform data into stories leading to improved decision-taking.
