We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives within the Operations department in Iberia.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute the business strategy as the strategic partner and coach to management and by translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities.
- Work in close collaboration with management, CoEs and HR services organization to drive performance and people development across all teams within the area of responsibility.
- Respond to changing business conditions, challenges and needs, and drive the organizational effectiveness through management of change initiatives in people areas.
- Contribute to the development of higher level HR strategy and policies, and actively participate in global meetings and expert panels/global HR project teams.
- Proactively initiate and implement HR programs and processes in line with formulated HR strategy to bring the business organization to higher professional standards and to professionalize HR, people management and leadership within the unit.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives on country level, and champion the cycle of (Global) HR processes and programs from talent acquisition to employee onboarding, engagement, development and offboarding (including performance management and compensation & benefits) to support the growth and development of people in the respective units.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relationship, Business Administration or similar.
- Master's in HR or MBA.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience as HR Business partner managing talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development and employee engagement.
- Previous experience working in multinational environments.
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, collaborative and analytical.
