Job Description

EcoVadis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing, and testing Salesforce and GTM Applications solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to ensure the integration of Salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems to meet business requirements.
  • Work with key stakeholders and product owners to anticipate and understand detailed requirements, impacts, and functional specifications.
  • Create configurable solutions including workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
  • Develop user stories and process flows to support the design and development of technical solutions.
  • Formulate and maintain Salesforce and other GTM applications solution documentation.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Assist in defining value and priority, selecting scope for upcoming releases, and facilitating backlog grooming process.
  • Define Acceptance Criteria and perform QA testing.
  • Adapt to the evolving role and responsibilities within the fast-growing environment of EcoVadis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Aircall, Lead Routing, Marketing Automation, and other GTM applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CPQ.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementation across SDLC.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with writing requirements.
