The Performance Expert is a key member of the Marketing team at Brainboxgroup, responsible for driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective plans to optimize our marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Paid Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Test and Learn Projects: Design and execute test and learn projects to inform best practices, identify new opportunities, and improve campaign performance.
- ROI Optimization: Track and optimize campaign ROI, manage budget, and recommend modifications to ad spends and channel selection.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a SaaS company with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Proven analytical skills, including hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in running large-scale, performance-oriented PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of over €100K.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
