About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Signalling Works team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and warranty activities for our Mainline contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical performance of our signalling systems and provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Control the execution of project management activities, including billing, cost, and gross margin.
  • Detect, define, and implement modifications to our maintained products to improve reliability and serviceability.
  • Assure the update of technical documentation for our projects.
  • Search for improvement actions in maintenance operations and perform engineering interface activities.
  • Coordinate with other involved departments in warranty and maintenance activities.
  • Interface with customers on technical solutions.
About You

  • Electrical, Telecommunication, or Industrial Engineer background.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Problem-solving capacity, including technical and cost evaluation of solutions.
  • Capacity to manage technical risks.
  • Self-motivation and attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn and grow with our company.
  • Effective, professional interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
