Job Description

La misión del Expansion Analytics Manager es llevar a cabo las tareas de back office de expansión, incluyendo herramientas de toma de decisiones, procedimientos, seguimientos, estudios, reportings, etc. El objetivo es contribuir en la consecución de los objetivos del área de Expansión.

Responsabilidades
  • Llevar a cabo la realización de seguimientos y reportings: plan de aperturas, inversiones, costes, Plan Maestro, disposals, aperturas de la competencia, etc.
  • Optimizar las herramientas de toma de decisiones de expansión (cuentas de resultados, estudios GIS y demás contenidos del C1).
  • Controlar el buen uso de las herramientas de expansión en las operaciones, siguiendo los parámetros establecidos.
  • Coordinar la participación en los procesos de expansión, la información de los dossieres de Expansión.
  • Llevar a cabo un seguimiento del proceso de aprobación de aperturas, relocations y ampliaciones.
  • Asesorar a las plataformas en la toma de decisiones de expansión, resolviendo las incidencias que le planteen.
  • Gestionar las plataformas de información, herramientas y bases de datos del área.
  • Desarrollar tecnológicamente las herramientas y procedimientos (implantación creciente de la digitalización en todas las actividades de expansión).
  • Supervisar la actividad de gestión documental.
  • Realizar investigaciones de mercado bajo solicitud.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de criterios de Asset Management y hacer el seguimiento de este capítulo de costes.
  • Interlocución con el Departamento de Research.
  • Elaborar presentaciones para el Comité de Dirección.
  • Colaborar en la definición de los objetivos a cumplir en cada uno de los proyectos de su ámbito de responsabilidad.
  • Realizar la planificación y la definición del alcance de los proyectos asignados a su ámbito, así como el desarrollo y la afectación de los mismos.
  • Buscar y participar en la selección de los proveedores externos que desarrollarán los proyectos propuestos por la dirección.
  • Coordinar la realización, el desarrollo y el avance de proyectos.
  • Elaborar, implementar y optimizar los procesos de su departamento, de acuerdo a las necesidades de la compañía y velando por conseguir la máxima eficacia.
  • Promover la identificación y la implantación de mejoras en su departamento.
  • Elaborar y reportar la información/documentación referida a su ámbito.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos en aquellas acciones que así lo requieran.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y de los procedimientos internos que afecten a las actividades que se desarrollen en el área.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones de Compliance y protección de datos referidas a su ámbito de actuación y asegurar el cumplimiento dentro de su ámbito de gestión.
  • Mantener y asegurar la confidencialidad hacia terceros y hacia otros empleados de ALDI a quienes no afecte (dentro de su ámbito de gestión) de todos los datos relativos a precios de compra, ofertas y, en general, todo dato con especial relevancia estratégica, comercial o empresarial.
Requisitos
  • Grado Universitario en Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Económicas o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en investigación de mercados en Expansión y/o Real Estate.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando con herramientas de geomarketing.
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel y Power Point.
  • Nivel avanzado en uso de Access u otra plataforma de gestión de bases de datos.
  • Valorable conocimientos de Alemán.
  • Nivel C1 de Inglés.
