Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team at SG Tech. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in economics, business administration, or related financial disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in banking products, specifically Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and Global Trade Finance (GDF).
  • Analyze and interpret financial statements, capital metrics, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product owners to understand project requirements and assist in designing effective solutions.
  • Lead both functional and technical teams, ensuring effective communication with senior management.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in project management office (PMO) functions and agile methodologies.
  • Draft functional documentation and translate it into actionable guides for technical teams.
  • Manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, addressing risks and problem-solving effectively.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and strategic requirements.
  • Oversee budget management scenarios within systems and proactively track various topics.
Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a business analyst with a focus on leading projects.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong data analytics capabilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the banking sector.
  • Familiarity with distribution methods.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques.
