**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and leads
  • Collaborate with our Account Executives to target high-value leads and close deals
  • Refine and optimize existing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to establish relationships with key clients and partners

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in international business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish, French, German, and English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Residence in Spain

**Nice to Have**

  • Previous sales experience in a real estate or technical company, or in a start-up
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
