About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Experience Lead to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving the digital customer experience across all our digital assets, including web, app, and kiosks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital customer experience strategy to drive engagement, satisfaction, and conversion metrics.
  2. Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to ensure a world-class user experience under a continuous improvement methodology.
  3. Lead the kiosk channel, coordinating end-to-end all projects and business-as-usual requests to achieve successful business metrics and customer experience.
  4. Monitor digital projects, track reports, and follow day-to-day metrics to improve the experience and performance of all journeys.
  5. Design and launch fast-learning AB testing scenarios to ensure they drive precise behavior, delivering optimal business results and customer expectations.
  6. Evaluate website/app analytics behavior and create solutions to increase customer life cycle value and the digital experience life cycle.
  7. Work closely with the digital growth team, marketing team, and IT department to support digital projects and ensure successful digital growth.
  8. Design customer journeys based on data-driven insights to achieve improvement on conversion, engagement, and nurture CRM platform.
  9. Co-design landing pages and support content strategies to efficiently connect brand actions to target audiences, driving engaging customer experiences and business performance.
  10. Identify gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive e-commerce growth, ensuring all digital communications are measurable and trackable on analytics tools.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Administration, or Business.
  2. +3 years of experience in ecommerce, UX, and CRO projects.
  3. Team player, responsible, and resolute person.
  4. Growth mindset and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience in analytics, web, and CRM ventures.
  6. Familiarity with digital KPIs, web fundamentals, and acquisition strategies.
  7. Experience tracking project development, competitive analysis, and agile methodology.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Highly appreciate previous QSR experience.
  10. Tools: Google Analytics, Google Optimize & AB Testing, GTM, App management, Project management tracker, Excellent knowledge of MS Office, UX/UI design, Customer journeys, Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
