About the Role:

The Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations will be a key member of the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team (GMALT) at Galderma. This individual will provide leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects cross-functionally, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, R&D, and Commercial, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to support the Global Medical Affairs Head in achieving business objectives.
  • Lead and manage global teams to deliver high-quality results and meet business needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and employees.
