Job Title: Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations

Location: Barcelona, Hybrid

Job Description:

The Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations will be a key member of the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team (GMALT) and will interact with all levels of leaders across Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functionally. This position will provide support to the Global Medical Affairs Head with day-to-day and ad hoc operational business needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects cross-functionally, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Global Medical Affairs Head with day-to-day and ad hoc operational business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medical excellence and operations processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of medical excellence and operations professionals.
