Job Summary

The Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations will be a key member of the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team, interacting with leaders across Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functionally. This role will provide support to the Global Medical Affairs Head with day-to-day and ad-hoc operational business needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects cross-functionally, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Global Medical Affairs Head with day-to-day and ad-hoc operational business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Medical Excellence and Operations capabilities.
  • Manage and lead global projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
