About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at ABB. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training courses for customers, either in a classroom or on-site setting.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and effective training materials, as well as ensuring that the training delivery is properly organized and resourced.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver technical training courses for customers, including hands-on and online training sessions.
  2. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality training materials.
  3. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback from trainees and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automation technology.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in industry in programming and commissioning tasks, with a focus on training and development.
  2. Strong pedagogical abilities and experience in managing diverse student groups.
  3. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with other European languages highly valued.
  4. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  5. Experience in industrial project implementation, ideally in automation technology, robotics, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
  6. Software background and basic programming skills are essential.
