IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst at Autoliv Mexico, you will play a key role in leading technical aspects of implementing new solutions, documenting business requirements, modeling processes and roles, configuring integrated solutions, ensuring information security, and supporting a global solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business requirements are met and aligned with company strategy
  • Improve connections between global functions representatives/system owners and IT specialists within Global-IT
  • Report project status to sponsors and steering committees
  • Closely cooperate with other business analysts to ensure consistency of processes and data between different domains
  • Establish clear priorities among project activities
  • Provide or ensure 2nd/3rd line of support for systems in scope (System Administration)
  • Perform configurations on systems in scope
  • Ensure integrity and security of corporate data
  • Ensure integrity of systems functionality (testing after updates, changes)
  • Coordinate, support, or execute key and end-user training activities for systems in scope
Requirements:
  • Business or IT-related background with technical/business knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
  • Business process and/or data mapping experience
  • Available to start working at 6 or 7 am
