About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's team as a Senior Hr Site Lifecycle Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the launch and growth of our new sites across the EU. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our people systems, processes, and tools are in place to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all site lifecycle stages, including site launches, retrofits, refurbishments, and relocations.
• Ensure that standards for people impacting spaces are met in all site lifecycle stages.
• Anticipate and escalate any variance to agreed standards for people impacting spaces.
• Anticipate and escalate/resolve people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influence mitigation strategies.
• Accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of people systems, processes, and tools.
• Responsible for the coordination/set-up of PXT capabilities programs for field PXT teams in overseen sites.
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of communications plans for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
• Run cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate project communication to stakeholders and lead project status meetings.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, with experience in site lifecycle management and people systems. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and project management skills.
