About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Addyou, a consulting company that combines agile selection processes with technology and analysis. Our client, Sollers Consulting, is a multinational software company with offices in Germany, France, and Japan, and we are collaborating with them in the selection of a Senior Java Developer.

Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and customize core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA, or INSIS aligned with customer needs.
  • Design solutions and prepare their documentation.
  • Plan and execute unit tests.
  • Participate in the development of our own solutions as part of the internal R&D team.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience with Java or 3 years with Guidewire.
  • Experience working with the Scrum methodology.
  • Experience in integrations and communication between applications.
  • Experience in insurance sector projects.
  • Good knowledge of design patterns and good development practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good learning ability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Availability to travel regularly.
