About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Addyou, a new consulting concept that combines agile selection processes with technology and analysis. Our client, a multinational software company, is opening new offices in Barcelona and we are collaborating with them in the selection of a Senior Java Developer.

About the Company

Sollers Consulting is a multinational with over 700 professionals who work building the digital future for companies in the banking and insurance sector at an international level. They value people and place them at the center of their culture.

About the Job

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA, or INSIS aligned with customer needs. You will also design solutions, prepare their documentation, plan and execute unit tests, and participate in the development of internal R&D solutions.

About the Team

You will work under the framework of Agile methodology (Scrum) which will allow you to have autonomy and actively participate in the projects. Our team is highly qualified and will allow you to tackle projects with great technical demands. You will also have a coach to accompany you during onboarding and afterwards to ensure proper development.
