About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Operations Manager to join our team at DFL. As a key member of our Sports Team, you will be responsible for executing our general strategy in the region and ensuring that the Group has visibility of local market trends and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
    • Track general market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities through uniqueness and better execution.
    • Monitor customer activity to spot trends and take necessary actions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate with the Group to clarify expectations and provide guidance to local teams.
    • Manage daily communication with Sportsbook partners to secure the best possible product and maintain the brand's market-appropriate focus in marketing and betting.
  • Reporting and Escalation
    • Report local sports activities and results to Group Level, escalating significant risks or opportunities.
  • Customer Support and Product Improvement
    • Assist customer support with sports betting queries.
    • Monitor the site regularly to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Support product improvement launches.
    Requirements
    • Strong understanding of Sports Betting, including prior experience in the industry.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Comfortable reading and understanding data as a tool to help make decisions.
    • Fluent working proficiency in English.
