We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Team Manager to join our team at Dfl. As a key member of our Sports Team, you will be responsible for executing our general strategy in the region and ensuring that our Group has visibility of local market trends and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with the Group to clarify expectations and provide guidance to local teams, ensuring focus on sports and sporting events.
- Manage daily communication with Sportsbook partners to secure the best possible product and maintain the brand's market-appropriate focus in marketing and betting.
- Track general market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities through uniqueness and better execution.
- Report local sports activities and results to Group Level, escalating significant risks or opportunities, and track customer activity to spot trends and take necessary actions.
- Assist customer support with sports betting queries, monitor the site regularly to ensure optimal functionality, and support product improvement launches.
