Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Qualification: Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify opportunities, and ascertain potential areas for Denodo to add value.
- Research and Analysis: Research target companies and key decision-makers to identify their business challenges and need for Denodo solutions.
- Product Representation: Effectively introduce and represent the Denodo product.
- Communication and Storytelling: Write compelling emails and tell engaging stories that leave prospective customers wanting to learn more about the value our product delivers.
- Opportunity Scheduling: Schedule opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the Denodo sales team.
- Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and follow-up process.
- Account Qualification: Qualify the account for short- and medium-term opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with customer data.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A results-oriented mindset.
- Industry Experience: 2-5 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, business development, or sales development with enterprise software or high-tech products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and French; additional languages will be a plus.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superior outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
- Concept Explanation: Strong ability to explain concepts and superior listening, phone, and written communication skills.
- Pain Point Resolution: The ability to lead prospects to understand how our solution can solve their pain points and deliver value to their business.
- Senior-Level Communication: Sincere interest in people and a high degree of comfort communicating with senior-level executives via various mediums.
- Patience and Persistence: The patience and persistence required to make multiple attempts to reach a target.
- Adaptability and Learning: A keen ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and embrace changes.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with CRM systems and good computer skills.
- Business Acumen: Good foundation to understand and learn IT technologies and enterprise information infrastructure.
