We are looking for a French-speaking Client Solutions Associate to support GLG's PSF operations across the EMEA region.

The Associate role is pivotal within GLG's Insight Network, recognized as the largest and most diverse source of firsthand expertise globally. This position is dynamic and involves direct interaction with experts. Associates play a crucial role in advancing GLG's objectives by closely collaborating with client-facing teams to meet client requirements effectively. In this role, you will need to swiftly comprehend project demands in partnership with client-facing colleagues, identify and engage new Network Members (experts), and ensure the comprehensive delivery of calls within your team, including scheduling, to guarantee a seamless experience for clients.

Associates undergo an extensive training program, receive ongoing coaching and feedback, and cultivate robust, transferable business and leadership skills that will aid in their current and future career paths.

Upon meeting specific performance metrics and depending on business needs, Associates typically advance to Senior Associate positions. Senior Associates are client-facing, with responsibilities that include complete project delivery and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Include:

  • Assisting team members with various facets of client projects and engaging with Network Members.
  • Attracting new experts to join GLG's Insight Network through targeted outreach and timely communication via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Enhancing your understanding of client strategies, industry sectors, and value chains to identify and assess the most suitable experts for client projects.
  • Organizing and confirming essential calls and meetings between GLG's clients and Network Members, including scheduling all interactions with your newly recruited experts.
  • Actively engaging with GLG's Network Members to comprehend their expertise and evaluate their suitability for client projects.
  • Collaborating closely with client-facing team members to expand project scopes and adjust recruiting strategies to achieve successful client outcomes.
  • Learning and adhering to compliance policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of client engagements.

As an Associate, You Will Gain:
