Job Summary

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient service to our customers in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide service, maintenance, and repair of dosing equipment, recommend changes, report, and communicate with customer representatives on the performance of the treatment according to the commercial agreement; service and support will be provided to customer sites within the region and nationwide as needed.
  • Comply with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
  • Understand the commercial agreement at each assigned customer site and ensure that account managers are aware of any changes in scope requested by the customer.
  • Work with the Account Manager to ensure that the defined sales plans for profitability and productivity are met.
  • Optimize service activities at assigned customer sites to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure the execution of customer service plans.
  • Communicate with the defined customer contact or their substitute during each service visit.
  • Inform the Account Manager of any concerns regarding compliance, performance, relationships, scope increase, such as additional visits or customer requests, as well as growth opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with customers at assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Work experience in operating boiler systems.
  • Experience working with dosing equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively support multiple managers and teams.
  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Spanish, intermediate level of English.
  • Valid driving license for Spain and availability to travel.
