Estem col·laborant amb una companyia de gran dimensió , integrada en un grup empresarial, que es troba en un moment clau de transformació i creixement , per incorporar un/a Tècnic/a de Recursos Humans al seu equip. La persona seleccionada s’integrarà a l' equip de RRHH i en dependència de la Direcció de Recursos Humans, participarà activament en un projecte de professionalització, digitalització i alineació cultural , treballant sota els criteris i estàndards definits pel grup. Funcions principals Donar suport als processos de selecció i incorporació de talent . Col·laborar en projectes de desenvolupament del talent i cultura corporativa . Donar suport en la implementació de plans d’acció de Recursos Humans . Donar suport operatiu i administratiu al departament de RRHH. Col·laborar en la definició, documentació i millora de processos i protocols interns . Participar en iniciatives de millora contínua i digitalització del departament. Perfil que busquem Estudis de Psicologia, Relacions Laborals o similar. Persona proactiva, organitzada i amb iniciativa . Interès per entorns en transformació i canvi . Capacitat per treballar amb procediments corporatius i adaptar-los a la realitat local. Bona capacitat de comunicació i treball en equip. Experiència prèvia en posicions similars dins l’àrea de Recursos Humans. Què s’ofereix Horari flexible de dilluns a divendres.
