Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Coordinator role based in Barcelona with a hybrid arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, assisting with benefits administration, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting day-to-day HR functions. The role will also involve maintaining HR records, providing support for recruitment and employee onboarding, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience with Benefits Administration and organizing employee benefit programs
- Strong background in Employee Relations and implementing HR best practices
- Thorough understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in both in-office and remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a hybrid or international work environment is a plus
