We believe that our advantage is that we WORK TOGETHER, and we celebrate our diverse backgrounds as critical to our business success.Are you our next EVOlutioneer?Job DescriptionEnsuring that daily accounting operations are processed in accordance with the Spanish legislation, IFRS and best practicesFull responsibility for payroll area from preparation to payment, ensuring compliance with Spanish legislation.Daily management of accounting, e.g. provide control and necessary guidance to ensure that work is done accurately and according to highest quality standardsCash flow management: monthly cash flow forecast for group Financial Manager, ensure that company has sufficient resources to pay its invoices in the due timePreparation of VAT report & submitting to tax authorities; ensuring that tax is calculated and accounted for in compliance with the Spanish tax legislationPreparing of statistics reports for the BankControl and approve payments (payroll, invoices, taxes and other)Follow up that tax payments and payments to suppliers are done within stipulated deadlinesEnsuring that Evolution Group’s financial procedures are followed and complied withMonthly closing procedures: ensuring the month is closed properly – necessary calculations of depreciation and accruals are in place.Ensuring that transactions entered during the month were done properly and accurately by selecting correct accounts, correct periods and correct accounting principlesIssue monthly invoices for services (management fees and similar)Reconciliation of monthly group balancesEnsuring that taxes are calculated and accounted for in compliance with the Spanish tax legislationCooperation with bank – requesting documents for changes in users, opening/closing company cardsCooperation with tax authorities – consulting, managing disputes, other communicationPartner with accounting systems’ providers and support regarding existing problems, possible improvementsFollow to changes in legislation, necessary software updatesPreparation of statutory audits – preparation of annual reports, Spanish tax calculations, preparation of the information required by auditors, answering to auditors’ questions, assistance to ensure that statutory audits are finalized within stipulated deadlinesFollow up VAT position (balance). xsgfvud Prepare and submit necessary documentation for VAT reclaim.QualificationsProfessional accounting educationProven experience working as a Senior Accountant/managerial role in an international environmentHigh knowledge of EnglishGood computer skillsGood communication skillsGood knowledge of tax & labor legislationHigh sense of responsibilityAbility to manage peopleThe ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasksAbility to work in a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
