We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Apply now for the position of Healthcare Strategic Account Executive for Diagnostic Imaging, Advanced Therapies Located in Madrid reporting to the Area Sales Manager.The Healthcare Strategic Account Executive for Diagnostic Imaging & Advanced Therapies is responsible for the Madrid area with a focus on major private healthcare groups, promoting and selling the complete range of Diagnostic Imaging, Advanced Therapies and Ultrasound solutions, ensuring on-target performance within the projected budget for the territory.We are looking for a highly talented individual with a passion for sales, fostering customer relationships and identifying innovative ways to add value for the customer. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wishes to develop within a company planning an exciting future venturing into new procedures with a rich product pipeline.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.Develop a territory plan to prioritize activity and focus to meet commercial targets.Develop positive relationships with clients (public and private).Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.Report on the status of accounts and transactions.Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).Play an active role within the team by providing market feedback on local trends and working towards agreed objectives with the Area Sales Manager.Coordinate the sales activities with Product Specialist, Customer Service, Applications and Order procurement.Attend internal and external meetings, workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out-of-hours work from time to time.Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.QualificationsEducation: University degree, Bioscience degree, Bachelor’s Engineering.A proven, successful medical devices sales / training track record with demonstrable Account Management skills.Ability to learn and understand medical device product knowledge and sales process.Self-motivated to drive ideas and develop business opportunities.Ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.Ability to work independently with strong time management.Ability to build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good level in English (C1).Who we areWe are a team of more than 71,000 Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
