We are now launching a new operation in Spain, starting from zero, with Madrid as the initial base.This is a greenfield build. There is no existing branch, no local team and no customer base.We are looking for one experienced, hands‑on operator to build this operation step by step. This is not a partnership, not an equity role and not a director package from day one. It is a full‑time operational build role with long‑term growth potential for the right profile.Role reality (read carefully)This role starts with nothing in place locally.You will be responsible for making the Spanish operation operational, compliant and commercially active.You will be the first operational hire in Spain and will work in close coordination with the Belgian headquarters.
