Through continuous optimization of delivery solutions and processes, along with ongoing engagement with customers, the role aims to consistently improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction.Technical Management RequirementsLead, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary technical team specializing in RAN performance and optimization.Ensure high‑quality delivery of optimization services, audits, and performance reports to customers.Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor progress across multiple workstreams and customer projects.Act as the primary technical counterpart for customer representatives at various levels (engineering, management, executives).Contribute to business cases and value propositions for network optimization and modernization services.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality, efficiency, and team productivity.Lead or support the preparation of technical responses for RFQs and RFPs related to planning, optimization, or network performance services.Coordinate with product, delivery, and commercial teams to craft competitive technical solutions.Mobile Network ExpertiseStrong understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN optimization, including KPIs, call flows, radio features and driving test optimization.3–5 years proven experience in mobile network performance optimization, more than 1 year working experience as Medium or large‑scale optimization projects Technical Director or Team Leader.Capability to perform high‑level audits and guide the team on complex performance issues.Can lead team or arrange resource to handle complex issues, including VIP experience issues, degradation of the network, or others. xsgfvud Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
