We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to take on the role of Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst . The role is focused on supporting the Manager to deliver reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports. This candidate should be familiar with Retail sales organization, initiatives and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making. To do so, the P&P Senior Analyst will work hand in hand with different stakeholders (both within the P&P team as well as outside) to ensure general delivery. Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective and throughout the different management levels Lead specific projects or initiatives that impact directly the Retail sales teams, by supporting or taking ownership of the full project life cycle from conceptual work to implementation and tracking make recommendations in the appropriate forums Work together with regional Retail sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to the different initiatives, and participate in the development related action plans moving forward Conduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and/or feedback from regional teams Assist or develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc. Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key players Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managing able to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources clearly and succinctly; able to interpret, summarize and present data and progress clearly and succinctly; able to influence business partner’s decisions. xsgfvud Results-oriented, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality and proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervision Ability to build strong working relationships, create networks and influence; proactive in engaging with the business Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience with data analysis and modelling software is valued.
