In fact, we believe that it is tech + data + people that truly sets us apart in the market, alongside our ‘global approach, local touch’ mentality.**Job Summary:** The role of the **Senior P&P Analyst** is to support the P&P Manager in delivering reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team and Project Managers with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.The Senior P&P Analyst should be familiar with Sourcing organization and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making. They should be able to work autonomously, owning and being responsible for specific analysis or projects within the team.The Senior P&P Analyst will work hand in hand with different stakeholders (such as the Project Management team, Data & Analytics team, Sourcing team, etc.) to ensure general delivery.**Responsibilities:*** Establish and maintain accurate and robust reporting to track performance from a Sourcing perspective and throughout the different management levels, working hand-in-hand with the P&P Manager to lead the development and implementation of a solid Sourcing reporting framework.* Develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Sourcing incentives, sizing, organization, etc.* Participate in the creation of compelling presentations to present strategic and tactical recommendations.* Support Project Management team when required, with analysis related to the different initiatives being developed.* Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation, consistency and continuous improvement on the company’s reporting and analysis requirements.* Ensure data and reporting requirements are met by liaising with Data Analytics team and Project Management teams.* Support and coach P&P Analysts within the same team.* Establish trust and a collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders.**Skillset and Experience Required:*** Strong analytical and data modeling skills.* Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Experience in sourcing or procurement analytics preferred.* Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management experience.* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.*At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.* *We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, embracing different backgrounds, perspectives and talents.
