In fact, we believe that it is tech + data + people that truly sets us apart in the market, alongside our 'global approach, local touch' mentality.We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to take on the role of Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst . The role is focused on supporting the Manager to deliver reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports.This candidate should be familiar with Retail sales organization, initiatives and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision-making.To do so, the P&P Senior Analyst will work hand in hand with different stakeholders (both within the P&P team as well as outside) to ensure general delivery.Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior ManagementEstablish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective and throughout the different management levelsLead specific projects or initiatives that impact directly the Retail sales teams, by supporting or taking ownership of the full project life cycle from conceptual work to implementation and trackingmake recommendations in the appropriate forumsWork together with regional Retail sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to the different initiatives, and participate in the development related action plans moving forwardConduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and/or feedback from regional teamsAssist or develop analytical models to assist the strategic and tactical decision-making processes related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc.Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, develop a strong network of contacts throughout the business and gain the support of key playersLeverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency when it comes to data related to specific initiatives he is managingable to interpret, summarize and present complex data sets from multiple sources clearly and succinctly; able to interpret, summarize and present data and progress clearly and succinctly; able to influence business partner's decisions.Results-oriented, dynamic individual with hands-on mentality and proactive attitude, able to take initiative to propose and lead individual pieces of work or solve problems with minimal supervisionAbility to build strong working relationships, create networks and influence; proactive in engaging with the businessAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenExperience with data analysis and modelling software is valued.
